Enrolment Week is 10-14 September
Afternoons from 2.00-3.30, evenings 8.00-9.00
Please try to enrol during enrolment week or you might find the activity full.
Theatre Club enrolment will take place on Friday 7 September from 2.00-3.30.
There are no telephone or postal enrolments.
We accept cash or cheques but not credit cards.
It is not possible to register ‘on line’.

CLASSES
Class numbers are limited. Therefore, you may enrol one place only, either for yourself or one other person. The first date and time for enrolment is given with the class details. Classes are listed in the programme in broadly alphabetical order.

LECTURE COURSES, GROUPS, CLUBS AND SOCIETIES
You may enrol two people in any of these activities during enrolment week i.e. yourself and one other person, or two other people if you are not enrolling yourself. You may enrol at the scheduled times during enrolment week or later during office hours.
Lecture courses are listed in day order.
Concessions
do not apply to groups, clubs and societies or dayschools.

MEMBERSHIP, FEES AND REFUNDS
The
annual membership fee of £5 entitles you to participate
in any number of activities, (subject to enrolment rules), if
vacancies still exist.
Class
and lecture course fees are based on the rate of £2.50
per hour and are payable each term. You may pay for two terms
together where applicable. Fees are shown against the details
of all other activities.
Please note that due to changes in the law relating to Adult Education provision, the Guild is no longer able to offer reduced fees to those on a state retirement pension.
Half price fees are offered for those who are registered unemployed, or in receipt of other income-based state benefits, or who are full-time students. Please note that appropriate proof of entitlement will be required at enrolment.
Fees
may be waived at the Principal's discretion.

REFUNDS
Fees will be refunded only in the following circumstances:
The class or lecture course is cancelled because minimum enrolment
has not been achieved; through protracted illness (when a doctor’s
note is needed); at the discretion of the Principal and the
Hon. Treasurer.
