GUILD NOTICES

> PARKING
Parking is not allowed outside the Friends’ Meeting House or the office car park and is illegal on Windsor Avenue. Parking is available on Spring Street car park and there is a bus stop outside the Friends’ Meeting House. There is one space for disabled drivers on the front car park and one on the rear car park. Wilmslow Guild accepts no responsibility for bad or inconsiderate parking either on or off its premises. Physically disabled members should be aware that venues outside the Guild premises do not always provide a disabled parking place.

> MOBILE TELEPHONES
In order to prevent disturbance to other class participants, students are asked not to leave their mobile phones switched on during classes. Mobile phone users are asked to use them outside the Guild buildings.

> HEALTH AND SAFETY
Students are asked to be aware of their responsibilities under the Health and Safety Act. Please read and take note of the fire evacuation notices, which are on display in all of the Guild rooms. First-aid boxes are located in the kitchen and the office. If you have an accident, please complete the accident book available from the office. Students are urged to inform their teacher and/or the Guild Office of any medical condition (e.g. epilepsy) which may affect them in class. Such information will be treated as strictly confidential.

> PERSONAL LIABILITY
Neither the Guild nor its officers, volunteers or employees can be held responsible for loss or injury to participants or their belongings when on activities associated with the Guild but outside the Guild premises.

> PERSONAL POSSESSIONS
The Guild accepts no responsibility for articles not belonging to the Guild brought onto the premises by any staff member, employee, student, visitor or other person.

> FOR THE PHYSICALLY DISABLED
The Guild provides two 'disabled drivers' car parking spaces, one each on the front and rear car parks. Inside the Guild there is a wheelchair lift, which allows access to the whole ground floor. Disabled drivers who arrive early are asked to leave the reserved space free for late arrivals.

> CANTEEN
The facilities of the canteen are available to students. Daytime users are requested to serve themselves and to stack used crockery in the dishwasher trays. Payments for refreshments should be placed in the money bowl.

> SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed in the Guild building.

> RIGHT OF ADMISSION
Wilmslow Guild reserves the right of admission to its classes, lecture courses and all other activities.
