The Alexander Technique is a practical method for changing the way in which you use yourself in everyday activities. It works by helping you to identify and prevent the harmful postural and movement habits that aggravate, or may be the cause of, stress, pain and under-performance. It teaches you how to approach movement with more awareness and skill.
The taster session will consist of an introduction to the principles and the practice of the AT. Through explanation & demonstration you will be guided to an understanding of the theory and the method of the AT.
