Tai-Chi for Health & Relaxation: Beginners Tuesdays 13.15 2017/18

The Chinese Art of Tai-Chi uses gentle, flowing movements to improve balance, co-ordination and posture. You will learn a short tai chi form sequence together with Qigong (breathing) exercises to boost energy levels and reduce stress. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
