Spend a glorious weekend in the spa town of Buxton exploring strategies to build health and happiness. A mix of writing for wellbeing and meditation techniques to access your inner wisdom. Located at the elegant Palace Hotel where we can swim, dine and relax in style.
Two days of wellbeing with a view to getting to know yourself – and others. Includes time to enjoy the 'health-giving properties' of Buxton water at St Ann's Well, saunter in the Pavilion Gardens, admire the tranquil Conservatory with its sub-tropical plants and marvel at splendour of the Edwardian Opera House. All within easy walking distance of the hotel.
How much, or how little, you decide to share about yourself, your life and your writing will be entirely your choice. If you have any queries about the weekend, feel free to call Facilitator Judi Goodwin on 01625 439000
