Yoga Tuesdays with Alex 17.45 2018/19

Hatha Yoga sessions to completely relax a tired body and mind.

This course is suitable for all whether you have experience of yoga or or not. The course will focus on improving your mental and physical well being through a series of sun salutations and poses that will also work on developing awareness of good posture and will inprove your strength and stamina. The end of each session will provide time for relaxation and you will learn techniques that will help you deal with the stresses of a busy life.

Hatha includes most yoga styles. It is a system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation.
