BALLET BE FIT

Based on Classical Ballet technique, Ballet Be Fit classes define, strengthen and streamline muscles. Done to a mix of traditional and modern music it incorporates cardio as well as muscle toning exercises. Ballet Be Fit aims to improve your posture, body alignment, promote a graceful poise and a sense of well-being. Suitable for all age and ability.
