If you want to experiment and extend your wet-felting practice further, then creating cavities in felt is ideal. Working in either two or three-dimensions; or possibly both, explore how, with the use of plastic resists you can create texture and form in felt. For example, your tutor will demonstrate how to make a seamless bag, followed by a multi-layered flower or the use of multiple resists to create textured layers in a vessel. A basic knowledge of felt-making is desirable for this day-school. Fibre available to purchase on the day from the tutor £5 (cash only). Alternatively, bring your own stash of fibres for felting.
Please note: the workshop is limited to 12 people. Pre-booking essential.
