Tai-Chi for Health & Relaxation: Improvers Fridays 13.15 2016/17

Students will continue to learn the choreography of the 37-posture Tai-Chi form, along with graceful sequences from the Kunlun Dayan (Wild Goose) Qigong system, which  enhance energy flow, improve strength and flexibility and promote general well-being.
