Yoga Tuesdays with Alex 19.30 2016/17

Yoga sessions to completley relax a tired body and mind.

This course is suitable for all whether you have experience of yoga or or not. The course will focus on improving your mental and physical well being through a series of sun salutations and poses that will also work on developing awareness of good posture and will inprove your strength and stamina. The end of each session will focus on relaxation and you will learn techniques that will help you deal with the stresses of a busy life.
